Cant sleep now

Hi, on last November 2013 I had unprotected sexes with a male. About 6 months later I got a flu and fever, but it was gone later.
Then, last month (July 2014) I got a swollen lymph node on my neck under my left ears. 1 week later, it was disappeared. Then at the beginning of August 2014, I got tongue herpes and the swollen lymph node under my left ears re-appeared. And again it disappeared  in 1 weeks with the herpes just like the last one.
I don't have any rashes. Often I have dry throat in the morning. Sometimes I had headache. So professor,  are there any changes that I got hiv?

Ps: Well, clearly I was too worried that I got so many misspelling words in my post. I am so sorry about this inconvenience.
