Chances of Contracting HIV with various exposures. Testing Warranted?

My question seems to be similar to many on the forums but yet I hope you can take the time and answer mine as my anxiety level is very high.
On 2/20 I went to get a full body massage. Towards the end the women used a vibrator to get herself off. After that she took care of me. While I was climaxing I licked her vagina ONCE. I know there seems to be no risk but could the earlier inserted vibrator have made a difference in contracting HIV, if she had the decease? In the beginning I never though about it until I went to see another massage therapist a month later 3/23. After the first "Massage" I had some oral intercourse with my wife and I am afraid I might have given her the virus and she passed it on to the nursing baby as she might have gotten some ejaculate in her mouth. Maybe this is driven now by my guilt. With my visit on 3/23 I expected the same type of deal but this women used her mouth in conjunction with her hand, that is when I started freaking out as no protection was used. The whole incident was very quick and I did not ejaculate in her mouth. She sucked maybe 2-3 times and licked it few times, the rest was done by hand. She emphasized that she does not take any ejaculation in her mouth. She had a tongue piercing that she said she had 10 years and I did not see any blood. However, my penis started buring right after ejaculation. This sensation has passed now. No odor, puss or other discharge. During and before the act my penis was intact, no sores, abraisons etc. I am just dying of anxiety which could have let to some of the symptoms I have now: sore throat, swollen lymph nodes in neck, periodically diarreah, no fever though. I have contacted both wome to very their status and they said they were clean. One women gets tested every 6 months (The one i saw on 2/20) and the other claimed to work on an ambulance, if that makes a difference. I think she wanted to point out that that she gets screened that way. Both women do not offer full service.
Do I need to worry?

you should be aight man. that was extremely low risk to non-existent exposure to hiv. To calm you fears down get tested at the 3 month mark and i guarantee you that it will be negative.

People who are anxious about low risk exposures should read this thread before they post their questions.

Thank you. I did not mind spending the $15. Your reassurance was worth it. I am glad the forum exists for people like me. I have learned my lesson from this whole experience. Guys it is NOT worth it. Nonetheless I hope the funds spent will support the forum  and help others in need for answers in the future.

Though you meant well, your asking a question like that kept away someone who might have had a legitimate question.  It's not the $15.  There are probably hundreds of people who want to post questions every day, and only 2 or 3 a day get through, mostly b/c people post nonsense so frequently.  

Dr. HHH would rather have the legit questions than the garbage ones that you already knew the answer to anyway, $15 or not.
