Chances of HIV?

Hi there, I recently ended a 3 year relationship with my girlfriend. She had taken a full STD test at the beginning of our relationship and the results were clean. Towards the end of our relationship I suspected that she had cheated on me by sleeping with another guy but I couldn't prove it. She denies she had sex with him but admitted to oral sex with him. I had slept with her once (unprotected) after this and found out afterwards. I've since had a gonorhea and chlamydia test (both negative) and am now waiting for my HIV test results (it's been 90 days since we had sex).  If she did in fact have sex with another person and then with me, what are my chances of getting HIV? I wasn't too worried at first, but now I'm getting paranoid. Thank you in advance.
