Chances of having HIV?

around 4 weeks ago I had a sexual encounter where by I fingered a woman. I later found out she had sex with 6 different partners and I do not know her HIV status.

Last week I had Flu like symptoms and what I thought was tonsillitis due to red tonsils and severe pain when swallowing. Thinking about it now I am severely worried that I have contracted HIV. Although my uncle also had tonsillitis so possibly could of got it off him even though we started feeling unwell at a similar time.

I dont think I had any major cuts on my hands but im worried i might have picked at a spot or something after (im not sure that I did and I definitely didn't straight after but im just worried I have to bring on the flu like symptoms)

I know rates of HIV in the UK are low, but im a severe hypercondriac. Im a 18 year old male and a virgin, what are the chances that I have HIV?

You had no risk for HIV from fingering even with nicks & cuts
