Cocaine induced nose bleeding and CSW

After a long binge of cocaine, I went to a CSW.  Yeah, I know, two bad ideas.

We had protected intercourse and all but at one point I performed oral sex on her while she was on top of me.  Her genitals kinda smothered my face.  

At this point, my nose was so irritated that I had a slight constant nose bleed.  She didn't notice because it usually dries up on the side of my nostrils.  

My nose canal and sinus were probably injured all throughout.  Even my tongue had very painful spots after hours of grinding against my teeth.

Does that put me at risk of HIV?  I don't think my nose came in contact with much cervical fluid since the upper part of her genitals were on my nose and it wasn't 'buried in there'
