Cold feet / leg ?

Hi,

For past couple of days I am experiencing cold feet and legs. The cold sensations were felt mostly when I sit, not so when I walk or stand. Just wondering could this be related to HIV infection?

The only concern incident I had was back in February when I went to massage parlour in Thailand and the lady there massage my back and because she has long fingernails, it left me with small cut on my back which I did not realized until later on in the night. I checked her hands and fingers there were no major cut or open skin that I can notice.

what is the chance of contracting HIV from a small cut, possible a bit of bleeding?
