Concern about Chinese encounter

I recently visited Shanhai, China and while there had an encounter with a healthy looking chinese sex worker.  She showed no signs of infection and appeared very concerned about my health level, even asking me about a small rash on my back.  There was brief oral sex with a condom and intercourse with a condom.  What concerns me most is that I briefly inserted my finger into her vagina (roughly a 60 to 90 seconds).  The next day I remembered a small paper cut on my finger (the one I used) from two days ago.  It wasn't bleeding and really didn't bleed much at all when it occured.  I am looking for advice on my exposure risk and am thinking about getting tested.  This encounter occurred 3 days ago.  How long should I wait to get tested, if I need to?

Thank you for taking the time to respond, Vance2335.  I appreciate your help.  Did you mean to say "with or with a cut"?  So, there is no risk even from finger insertion, correct?  Needless to say, the anxiety from all of this is certainly not worth the risk and I need to take a hard look at some things in my life.
