Concern if it is a possible exposure

I went to a strip club in Vegas and while getting lap dance ended up sucking the girl's nipples. I did taste little sweet on her nipples. In 2 days i see red bumps on back of my tongue. Since last few days even before doing it i used to get burning feeling while eating spicy food. I am very much scared with the red bumps on both the sides on back of tongue.

What you did was not a risk for HIV, so you are so safe that you don't even need to test.
Your symptoms are too early for ARS and likely they are in your imagination anyway because you are over-analyzing your body out of fear that you might be dying, but if concerned see your doctor for a diagnosis but it isn't HIV.

thank you so much for your response. does having ulcer is way to blood stream? i am concerned about the sweet taste on her breast. But I am sure i didn't swallow anything. So it was not liquid. It was just something on her breasts.
You had no risk of HIV because you can't get HIV from touching it in any form outside the anus or vagina. You are so safe that you don't even need to test.

HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching or drinking it. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only adult risks are unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal sex or sharing needles that you inject with but you didn't do that so you had no risk. This sentence is all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV.
Even with blood, lactation cuts, rashes, burns etc air and also \saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching it in any form outside the anus or vagina. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so nothing you can add will make your situation a risk.
