Concern over false positive and negative western blot

I recently visited massage parlor about a month ago.
There was limited interaction, with the most being some touching between penis and the nipples.
About 2 weeks afterwards, I took a routine hiv test, part of a physical.
The results came back false positive Elisa and negative for western blot. My doctors said I was fine, but
I'm now concerned that I may have been infected and that the false positive was triggered because the window time frame still being applicable ....
Should I be concerned?

YOU HAVE NO REASON TO TEST AS YOU HAD NO RISK.

Still have a concern as to why the Elisa test would have shown up as positive. Being that the test was done about 15 days after contact, I fear that it may have triggered the Elisa test but the western blot did not catch anything? Being a male, not having lupus or any of those triggers, it is making me extremely anxious. I understand that the contact Was limited as there was no penetration or oral, only penis tip to nipples and hand to penis....
Would a test again help, even though I am only now one month in the window? Are there other tests that can determine more accuracy?

The lack of vaginal or anal penetration is really all we need to know as to advise to test or not to test. You didn't  have either and hence, no need for a test as  you weren't even close to having a risk .
Testing for a non event causes undue anxiety and carries a risk, albeit small , of a false positive, HIV is extremely difficult to transmit. Even in high risk situations, it requires multiple exposures...that is not to say it cannot happen in one single event, but it would be exceedingly rare.
In your particular event there is no reason at all to test.

Thanks for the input.
Well I was concerned as the interaction was between the head of the penis with the nipples, so may be associated risks there.
Also seems like false positives are very rare...

That is exactly why it is not a good idea to test after a non risk event! False negatives can and do happen and can cause tremendous anxiety!
You should have never tested for the even you described.

You did not have an exposure from the events you describe.
