Concerns of HIV exposure after continued sickness following cunnilingus...

Almost exactly a month ago, I had unprotected oral with a girl I met (one night stand). We both performed on each other, followed by protected vaginal sex. She had good hygiene, but I do not know whether she was truly clean or not. Within a couple of days, I had a very sore throat, along with fever and headache, and swollen lymph nodes on my neck. After a pretty solid week of feeling crappy, I finally went to the doctor... He didn't think it was strep, but gave me Zithromax to knock it out. I felt much better within a day or two. A couple weeks later, I have had a very slight recurring sore throat, but not nearly as bad as before. I now have a somewhat white tongue towards the back of my mouth. I have had some nausea. I don't know if I have continued to feel sick due to stress and anxiety, or if I have had any legitimate exposure. My lymph nodes on my neck have stayed slightly swollen for the last several weeks. Advise is much appreciated! My nerves are a mess over this.. Do I have anything to really worry about? Am I just sick because it's "that time of the year"? Additionally, I do have bad allergies... So, I have had some sinuses and slight ear ache/pressure from it... Help!

I have been VERY stressed...! I've had oral thrush the last several days. I don't know if it's related to taking the antibiotics a couple weeks ago or what? Should I take a test? Help!!

In addition, during the time period I was initially sick, I developed a couple ulcers in my mouth.... I don't know if it was stress/sickness related or not. I do get them from time to time.
