Conclusive results

I've tested out to nearly 6 months with OraQuick home test and hiv home access express.  Both where negative.  I went to the doctor and had some blood work done as I still just haven't felt right.  Fatigue light nausea just a general feeling of being off.  My blood work was normal except a slightly low platelet count.  138 an norm is a range from 150-400.  My question is can I trust my tests I took at home to be conclusive?  I did take a blood test throught labcorp at 7 weeks that was also negative.  Thanks in advance for your assistance it is very much appreciated.

You tested negative outside the window period. You do not have HIV.
