If you believe you have been exposed to HIV and want help to judge your risk, would like advice about HIV testing, or have questions about the effectiveness of condoms or risks associated with specific sexual practices, this is the site for you.
Hello everyone, I had unprotected intercourse with a woman of unknown HIV status. Tested 8 weeks and 11 weeks 6 days after, both were neg. However at around 14 weeks post exposure I started getting swollen lymph nodes on both sides of my groin and in both sides of my neck. I have also started developing heart palpitations for the first time in my life which have been going on for longer than a week. Last time i went to the doctor she listened to my heart for a few seconds and said it sounded fine. I am also 17 if that matters. Would swollen nodes in 2 areas at 14 weeks warrant another HIV test after my "12" week one? Please help me im very scared.
