Conclusivity of Negative status by Tridot test?

Is 7 weeks and 13 weeks Tridot negative results conclusive for being negative??
I have heard that they are outdated tests and hence are not reliable at 3 months mark?
What if the DNA PCR test at 50 days was also negative?..
what generation of test does tridot belong to?and when is it conclusive?
