Condom Broke during anal sex

Tonight I was was engaging in anal sex with a transsexual. The transsexual is a male so this counts as male to male sex. I was the one inserting my penis. I was using a condom and the transsexual suddenly jumped wen she felt something and I pulled out and the condom had broke. He says that he believed the condom broke when he jumped out and I pulled out so I don't think that the unprotected sex lasted more than 20-30 seconds at most. We immediately stopped and I urinated and left. I am freaking out over this because the transsexual is promiscuous and I know that male to male anal unprotected anal sex is high risk.

I plan on going to see my doctor tomorrow and discussing the matter with him about what I should do. Do you think that an infection is likely to occur in the time frame that I mentioned above? Is my anxiety warranted?
