Condom Failure......Risks for Women

About 2 weeks I had sex with an ex boyfriend. Everything was going good until he looked down and realized the condom wasn't on him, but inside me. From the time he didn't feel the condom to retrieving it out of me took all of 2 minutes tops. He DID NOT ejaculate....as this happened mid sex.

What are my chances of being infected with HIV from that sexual encounter? The condom had spermicide in/on it. Would that reduce my chances any? Also, let's assume (worst case scenario) that as he was withdrawing his penis, a little pre-cum was expelled, would that be enough to cause HIV? I'm freaking out to the point I'm ready do call my doctor for "preventative therapy"...you know what they give healthcare workers in the event of a needle stick. Is that even possible?

Thanks,

Sleepless

Stop with giving out incorrect information. It's getting old correcting you.

Do you know if he is HIV positive? If you dont know, ask and go with him to get checked. You are too late to get preventative therapy? The only thing to do is to get tested at 4 weeks (ab/ag test) and at 8-12 weeks (antibody test)

Possibly...but he was stroking, not withdrawing as if he ejaculated.
Also, it was our 2nd or 3rs time having sex (protected of course) and his penis was getting a little flaccid. I'm assuming that's why the condom came off in the first place.

Did he loose the condom because he didn't hold on to it when he withdrew?
