Condom Slippage

About a couple of weeks ago I had my first anal sex experience. The experience was good. I later found out that my partner had ejaculated twice. We did use protection. I later realized that he ejaculated into the condom the first time when he just slowed down inside of me coming to a complete stop. I wondered why he stopped and kept moving to my own pace. When he picked up the regular pace again and finished thats when I thought was his first time but it really was his second. When pulling out he said oh the condom got stuck inside. The opening of the condom was actually hanging out of my so the semen never made it to my anus. That same night I went to clean my self and I was not expecting what I saw. A lot of gelatin like discharge came out. The discharge seemed like goop it was clear and had not smell to it. Once on my fingers it was not stringy it more smooth. So that got me thinking that the first time he ejaculated in the condom and that maybe between the first and second time the condom slipped off and then the second time it was inside me. So what do you think of that situation. If the condom would of slipped off between the first and second time would the condom have been pushed all the way in or just hanging out like it was or do you think the condom stayed on the whole time just slipped off as he pulled out.
