Condom Slippage Risk for female??

I am a 33 year old female who had condom protected sex with a guy I just started seeing. I was on top of him and thought he came but really couldn't tell. When he withdrew, the condom was left inside of me. I had to reach in with my fingers and pull it out, but the ring was facing up, it was not very far inside my vagina maybe an inch. The condom looked in one piece when it came out, I was trying to see if all the ejaculate was inside but it was hard to tell cause there wasn't much there, I guess because it was the second time we had done it in a short time period. Exactly how serious is my risk? I'm obviously pretty worried at the moment.

One option is to ask him when his last unprotected vaginal was and if over 28 days you could have him do a 4th generation test if you aren't sure if the head of his penis was protected at the end.
Personally I think both parties should test before sexual relations so that is why I would get this done now anyway as long as the 28 day window has passed.
