Condom broke to my horror :(

Can you imagine that?The worst has happened :(

I happened to have a sexual intercourse with an escort yesterday, and to my horror the condom broke in between(though it was a well known brand) and suddenly I pulled my penis out and washed it with soap.But I happened to notice red patches on the tip of my penis.This was my first sexual intercourse, so I was pretty sure that I am free from any form of STDs.So I asked her about her history and she told me that she had a checkup 2 months back.I asked her to do a DNA-PCR and told her that I will pay for the expenses, but she is reluctant and keep saying that she is fine.

I came back home and googled regarding the red patches and I came to know that it could be due to yeast infection(thrush) and its more prevalent with HIV+ women.I am so tensed and I did call up the HIV helpline and I know I need to wait for atleast 2 weeks before I go for the DNA PCR test and ELISA, the antibody test by 3 months.

But last night I couldn't even get sleep,I feel so miserable and decided not to do anything but monogamy.But in the morning I have noticed the patches still remains and I am feeling some pain on the penis head.

Keeping my fingers crossed.

DNA-PCR  will not tell you anything reliable about being infected. You can test at 3 months and obtain your conclusive result.

The doctors of international HIV Medhelp consider HIV testing DUO 4th generation 99,89% conclusive at 4 weeks.
The recommendations of France, considered conclusive, these same tests at 6 weeks.
These tests are inconclusive at six weeks.

The test only detect HIV infection one week earlier than the 3rd generation antibody tests. The conclusive negative window period has not changed. The 4th generation tests were of no benefit and the US FDA did not approve them for use in the US. The UK has it posted in their guidelines as 3 months for a conclusive negative test result for the 4 generation tests..

I am in a difficult situation here, I am admitted in an hospital and having very high fever of 103' at night and shivering as well. My motion is normal, no vomiting sensation as such.They are doing all kind of tests to find the cuase' , but all turn out negative.It is been 7th day since.
Now my exact fear is that I did ask this question some 3 months back regarding HIV  .I underwent the anti HIV proteas inhibitor ritroviral course for 28 days right after the supppoed infection fay.Also did p.24 antigen test on 3rd days which was -VE and PCR test on 15 th day which was also -VE and a formal ELISA which was -VE as well. Now its been 3 months and 2 weeks, I fear my current state is due to the HIV as all other diagnosis are not getting +ve result.
There is no other symptom till now, no body rashes, no severe fever in the this period or any kind of body rashes or any bulging lymph nodes. I am so scared to ask the Dr to check Elisa as my mother is along with me in the Hospital.

This is my only way of help, please someone help me. I am so tensed and worried
