Condom broke

Hi guys,
Two days ago, i had sex with a girl i just met in a club. The condom i used broke at the tip exposing my urethra. The condom was ripped at the tip. I didnt notice instantly when the condom broke. I only realised the condom had broken after say 3 mins when i was going to try a different sex position. I'm very worried i might have gotten hiv from this exposure.
1. Assuming she had hiv (when i asked her she said she thinks she is clean) is this a high risk way of transmission of hiv?
2.What are the chances of getting hiv this way
3, And finally bcos im super paranoid im thinking of taking a rapid hiv test after 10 days and then another one after 3 months. Is this advisable. How accurate will a rapid test after 10 days be

well HIV takes 3 months to show up on the test. If a person who has contracted HIV test at 10 days post exposure they are going to test negative because they are in whats called a (window period). Then test positive 3 months down the line. It has been 6 months post exposure and I get my test done tomorrow.
