Condom got off during sex

Hi, today I was in a massage salon in Thailand and had sex. Unfortunately, the condom got off during the intercourse, which I noticed only after I came. I guess I was in the woman with semi-hard erection for the last minute or so.
I am very worried. Should I go to a doctor and ask to start PEP medication ? Would appreciate a quick guidance due to the 72 hour limit I heard.

PEP would not usually be given in your situation.  We also do not play the numbers game.  Visit an ER and see what they recommend.

The problem is I'm still in Thailand on a business trip. Do you think I should cut it half and return back to see a doctor ? What transmission rate do you think is applicable to my case ? They are telling that in Thailand the dominant HIV type is 'E' with transmission rate of 3%. Does that mean the risk is 3% and let say the risk of the girl being affected is 30%, does it drop to 1% ?

This is a risk. Please see a doctor for the appropriate measures.
