Condom got stuck in vagina

I got intimate with my girl friend. This is my first time. She had some weird fluffy folded skin on the vagina and a pimple in the inner thigh. She said that she always had them. I said no sex and she started crying. I gave up and said ok.  She mounted on me and rode me. Later I found that her vagina was touching the base of my penis where the condom was not there (my penis and the condom were completely inside her.  She reached her climax and got off me and I saw my penis had no cover. The condom got stuck in her vagina. A little part of it was outside. Her fluids were on my penis and balls . I did not see any major crack or cuts on my penis. How risky is this. I asked her and she mentioned that she has no stds.  I asked her to her tested and she agreed.  Is HIV antibody test ok or she should go for 4th generation.  Please advise.

I definitely have no stds because I had no sex until this incident.  If she goes for an antibody test now and it comes out negative. Can I assume I am safe ?  She mentioned that she did not have sex in months.
