test at 6-8 weeks for a good indication and then test at 12 weeks for your conclusive results.

The woman  regularly gets her tests done.... there was no liquid or secretion inside her or on my penis...all was complete dry... there are no rashes or bruises on my penis or inside her..
when should I get the tests done I mean after how much time...
and what specific tests should be conducted...
should I avoid having intercourse with my girl friend during these days before the test result...
Thanks.

you had some risk but its very low becuase you pulled out immediately. the chances of unprotecteed vaginal are 1/2000 and you pulled out immediately when the condom failed so you did not have that much risk. I think probably you should test and expect to get a negative result ;)
