3 days back i involve in sex with prostitute.i used the condom properly.After removing the condom i touched ouside part which vaginal fluid is present.with the same finger i touched the tip of penis. CAN HIV VIRUS Enter in this way?

You can not get HIV this way.  Touching does not transmit the virus.

You can only get HIV by:
unprotected anal or vaginal sexual intercourse
sharing IV drugs works, or
from a mother to a baby.

Keep using condoms, they will protect you.

The HIV virus is (fortunately) very fragile.  It rapidly loses its ability to infect once it is outside the body, and because of this transmission only occurs sexually when fluids are transferred inside the vagina or rectum.    

Touching, spilling or smearing semen or vaginal fluids on you, or in your mouth can not infect you.

i engage in vaginal sex with a prostitute three month ago and i was using a condom but her fluid touch my skin just where the penis ends and i think i touched my anas while in contact with fluid. I have had a unusual sore throat and now have this head ache which lasting for two weeks now. However i have done HIV test several times: at three weeks, six weeks and twelve weeks but  the results were negative. What are the chances there?
