IF there were a small tear or hole in the condom......would not the condom break entirely?
since a small hole or tear would create a weak spot in the condom, would not the entire latex condom break?
Do all broken condoms resemble  a "noticeable" appearance?
Would the condom resemble a broken baloon kinda?


Also, does performing oral sex on a man of unkown status warrant testing?

Very hypothetical question, it doesn't happen that way, condoms are designed in a way that if it breaks, it completely rips doesn't tear in small punctures.
