Confirmed HPV; Higher risk?

Today I got treated for what I now know are HPV-related warts. I was tested for HIV at 81 days after unprotected sex, and I was told the remaining few days (Until 84 days) wouldn't make a difference.
In the interim, I may have had some slight sexual contact (Receiving oral, handjobs etc) I know these are not risks for HIV, but what if semen had come into contact with my warts? I don't know how long I have had them for, so it is possible that it could have happened.
Or is it still no-risk because warts are external?
