through oral sex and the one giving will be higher risk because all the load will be taken by the one giving thus more stuff on the person giving, but 1 in 10000 is 0.00001% chance in getting it which is very very low and very rare in getting it... if you are this worried then better get tested at 8 weeks.. this will give u a peace of mind.. nd better use a condom if sum1 is givin oral!.. plenty more diseases u can get other than hiv through oral sex!
"Documented cases" are just people after they test HIV say that they had oral sex. After going over all the risks with the person it is found that they have other risks. Studies done have shown that oral sex is not a risk.
1 divided by 10.000 will give you 0.01% and not 0.00001% as you said ...
That means that from 10.000 people getting risky a 99.99% percent of them will be AT NO RISK, right ?
