Confuse the cause of HIV infection. Please help me

Sorry for my poor English. i'm come from Thailand. i have some curious of infection HIV and i read this paragraph about
acne with fresh squeezed. (post by Dr.EWH)

2.  If she was infected which is in and of itself unlikely, saliva has little virus in it and transmission in this way is not biologically plausible.  Please remember, acne is not an open cut unless pustules have been squeezed. the contents of pustules are, if anything a more hostile environment for microbes, including HIV than normal skin since they are filled with pus which is the body's host response to infection.  lots of white blood cells and other things which fight infections.

So i have some problem
if i have a acne in somewhere and it squeezed around half and hour. then i have massage from the girls (no sex at all, only hand job from her) if the vaginal fluid from the girl touch on my squeezed acne, it is the cause of infection or not?

i ask some doctor in Thailand he said that the acne is no the channel to infect HIV at all, whatever it is squeezed or not. And i read some post in the forum here most of them said that it have ZERO RISK. So what the real answer?

Last thing can you describe me about the definition of fresh cut that is the cause of risk to infect HIV please.

Sorry if my question if foolish. My country don't have the trustful information for me (so different answer)
Thankyou for your answer

how about this one

SO WE CAN SAID THAT HIV CAN INFECT BY INSIDE BODY TO INSIDE BODY ONLY
NO CAUSE THAT INFECT OUT SIDE THE BODY SUCHAS FROM VAGINAL FLUID OR SEMEN TOUCH FRESH CUT OR ANY CUT, FRESH ACNE SQUEEZED WHEN WE HAVE MASSAGE, FINGERING OR HAND JOB RIGHT.

its right or not right? if i misunderstand something pleas give me the right answer please?

Last thing to ask, may be it stupid question but my country don't have the clear answer (so different answer from different source)

the cause of infection (about sex) is the unprotected sex right?
Other thing such as oral, hand job or other many act is not the fact of infection.

SO WE CAN SAID THAT HIV CAN INFECT BY INSIDE BODY TO INSIDE BODY ONLY
NO CAUSE THAT INFECT OUT SIDE THE BODY SUCHAS FROM VAGINAL FLUID OR SEMEN TOUCH FRESH CUT OR ANY CUT, FRESH ACNE SQUEEZED WHEN WE HAVE MASSAGE, FINGERING OR HAND JOB RIGHT.

sorry for poor question please understand me. i dont have a good source of data and my country low educate of HIV (especially me)

Because you did not have anything that would allow access for the virus to get to the blood stream.
