Confused about testing.

This is my first post. I did research on the forums on Med Help, there's so much conflicting information on here. I understand technology advances so that may explain it. I don't mean to offend anyone. I had unprotected vaginal sex with a woman. About 8 days later I received oral sex from the same person. I was tested six weeks to the day after the oral sex encounter.I tested negative for HIV. Blessing!  According to the care advisers ad stdtestexpress.com, say I'm fine assuming no other exposures. Which I haven't. The test was a HIV AB, HIV 1/2, EIA, WITH REFLEXES HIV 1/2 EIA AB SCREEN. result noon reactive.
Is it necessary to re test. Thank you.

Oh, and get in the condom habit for future non-monogamous sexual exposures!

I don't know why you felt a need to worry about offending anyone. Don't confuse our sometimes strong responses to people with repeated anxiety driven questions with our replies to straightforward, reasonable questions!

The advisors at your testing website are correct. That test is conclusive for an exposure 7 weeks earlier. (The oral sex event doesn't count, no risk for HIV from oral sex.)

So all is well and you can relax. No further testing is needed.
