Confused and Scared. Need some advise please

Hello Drs,
About 7 weeks ago i had unprotected sex with a female i know pretty well. I thought she was clean at the time but find out that her ex boyfriend had cheated on her with who knows how many other girls. Since then i have been worried about me being infected with HIV. She told me she had gotten tested two and a half  to three week after her last exposure and came out negative. During this time i have been panicing so much that i seemed to have symptoms, (such as a rash but went away within two days, must likely caused by my anxiety)  but from reading on the form, symptoms don't mean much and don't determine nothing. I just got tested at my 6 week mark last week at the illinois health department and result came back negative. I think it was a rapid test since i got my results within minutes. My question is, are these results reliable enough for me to move on even though i got a rapid test done and not an Elise like must ppl suggest or should i get retested within a couple of weeks??

Ok so I got test with my new girlfriend today ( the girl I was worried about having HIV) and we both came back negative. This is her 13th week from her last partner, so this would make it conclusive right?? I don't need to test again since there was never a risk...

Ok thanks. I was planning on taking another test @ week 10 but I ask her if she would get tested too and she said yes. So since she's about three weeks ahead on her exposure this would b her conclusive result and I would not need further testing If her results come back negative right?? I can consider myself  in the clear?? I just can't wait another stressful 6 weeks for me to get retested.

You had unprotected sex which carries a risk for acquiring a variety of STD's including HIV.  Test at 3 months post exposure for a conclusive result.  According to the CDC, most people develop antibodies with 2-8 weeks post exposure with an average of 22-25 days.
