Confused

Hello

I recently hugged a girl. No oral no vaginal and no Anal. No handjob etc. Nothing done. Myself and the girl is fully dressed. She gave a massage on my hand. I noticed that there was no cut or wound on her hand it was clean. After dropping her at home While riding my car I noticed a small rash in the hand which was inching. I broken the rash. Some people say I have no risk. Some say to take a blood Test for my safety. Information in internet is killing me. Please help me clear my confusion. Whether any testing is required for me

Only HIV risks are unprotected penetrating anal or vaginal sex or sharing needles that you inject with so nothing for you to worry about. Everyone touches a lot of bodies in their life which is why we all get colds, but HIV is so fragile that it is effectively dead in air so that is why no one gets HIV from touching.
