Confused

I the girl that i had protected sex with i found out had mono/hepatitis A. So I figured that i would probably more than likely have them as well. Got tested just below 2 months after we had sex and my blood work came back perfect. Nothing was wrong with it. With this said, im freaking out because i read somewhere that HIV is often mistaken as mono/hepatitis. But i just cant see how i could've been exposed unless the time i got tested the needle happened to be contaminated but how possible is that from happening? I would think that health clinics would be 100% safe but i just dont know anymore.

Im not sure about mono as i hear that is a kissing disease or something but, get a mono test from your doctor so if you have that it can be treated.

Your test came back good because you had protected sex, you are fine and never needed testing for anything.
