Constant anxiety , ugrent advice needed

Hi,

Firstly , I want to thank you for having such a wonderful site , it really helped curb my initial outbreak of anxiety after my possible exposure. I`m 22 , and in September 08 a year and half ago , I had protected intercourse with a italian SW in London , England. It was short , however I did ejaculate inside her while wearing the condom. The next day I had severly sore armpits. After a month I did have mild fever but it could have been because of the cold weather as I have every year. Three months later I developed a condition of axillary hyperhydrosis and sweat a lot in my armpits but only during the day. I have never had this condition in my life however my father and sister have it altough very mild. After around 9 months , I developed milia like acne on my penis and under my eyes on my face. I had dismissed all these concerns but recently noticed some oral thursh on the back of my tongue. It doessnt hurt or cause any discomfort but its just there. I do smoke and have fairly poor dental hygine.
My concern is whether I should get tested ? Do you reccommend it ? I am quite anxious and as a result i get anxiety symptoms which exacerbate my concern. I am also unwilling to enter into relationships and have become socially isloated.

Thanks a lot in advance. !

Dear Teak , The only reason I am posting is that the specific questions that I wanted to obtain an asnswer to via this forum have not been answered. My hyperhydrosis conditionI have white spots on my tongue , white dot like milia on my face and penis , back acne and now I notice that the middle of my armpit is enlarged ( is there a bone there which is not as deep as the rest of the armpit. Someone please clarify these things and then I shall not bother anyone on this forum again !!

Thanks for the posts guys. @Sarah I am currently working at a place where I dont have access to HIV testing. However I have not been sexually active sense that encounter.
@Teak I guess I just get anxious whenever I see anything related to HIV on TV or NEwspapers. However the internet is the most consfusing and expansive resource on the subject. Can you just clarfiy if Hyperhydrosis and the white tongue coating is not indiciative of HIV. I have also developed a lot of acne on my back including a lot of pimples. They have been there for atleast a year now.
thanks.

Thank You Sarah. Like I said I have dismissed HIV concerns in the past , however my anxiety is recurring because of the white coating at teh back of my tongue, which bled when i tried scrapping off some of it. A google search ( not the wisest of ideas ! ) quickly sent me into panic mode since oral thrush has been described as a common affliction on HIV positive people. I have never had it before , nor did I ever have hyperhydrosis before the exposure.

You did not have exposure to HIV. You do not have "Thrush" at the back of your tongue. If you had thrush it would not be a singular white patch. There would be swelling and often ulcers. Stop trying to diagnose yourself.

There is no reason for you to get tested over this encounter, but anyone who is sexually active should have a test every couple of years. If this is your only incident, you can certainly expect any tests to be negative.

Why not go now since it's on your mind. No one on this message board is going to be able to give you peace of mind. If you are in the UK, get an INSTI done at a local GUM. You will have the results in 2 minutes and can move on with your life.

Yeah about that , but the only thing that im worried about is that she put on the condom and did not know whether it was expired not latex etc? Still I know the chances are slim but this oral thrush thing is now worrying me

You do not have HIV from that experience since you had protected sex.
