Contaminated blood

Hi Dr,
7 days ago, while i was at work, a worker cut his finger and was bleeding, few minutes later i went to the kitchen to bring my food from the refrigerator i found blood on the kitchen floor and my food was like missed in (the food bag was not same way i left it in the morning). i heaten up my food for 2.5 minutes in the microwave and eat them. Now i'm afraind that someone missed with my food and put blood inside noting that i had aphtous in my mouth that day.

You had no risk at all. The HIV virus becomes inactive upon exposure to the outside environment.
