Contracting HIV from a Canker Sore?

I recently had a long make-out/french kissing session with a high-risk guy.  Not until afterwards did I realize I had a fairly large canker sore in my mouth at the time.  I didn't notice or remember it because it was slightly healed over, but it was definitely still there (it was during the stage where the canker sore no longer hurt, instead it was covered with a white lining, and was very much still visible).  What are the chances I could contract HIV because of this?
