Could I have HIV?

Well I tested negative for HIV back in October 2012 but recently about a month ago I notice a small lump on my thigh near my groin area which has since then shrank in size from a small peanut to penny size now.  Just last week I had stomack aches badly that cause me to vomit and have diarrhea.  I have been losing weight due to my own efforts of exercising since January 2013 so the weight loss is not may worry just its been two days since my sickness and my body is still passing fluids as my waste is not solid.  Could I have Hiv after testng negative just  4months earlier?
