Could I have HIV?

Im a 17 year old male and I met with a good friend who I've known for a good few months now at his flat and after cuddles and stuff we moved to his bedroom. I gave him oral around 3 or 4 times for an extremely short time, the longest being around 30 seconds, and was exposed to a bit of precum. I'm a Virgin so he couldn't have caught anything from me. I then received anal sex from him WITH a condom but he did not ejaculate. it is around 3/4 days after this and I have a cold, tons of sneezing, a slight sore throat (which I may have caused by myself but not sure) and the sniffles. When I asked him if he was clean he told me he was sure he was as he only slept with those who were clean, despite him not actually being tested. I had no open cuts or sores anywhere on my body or in my mouth. He tells me he's 100% sure he's clean now and that he does not have HIV, but I'm still worried. Does it sound like I do or could I have just picked up a cold from the chilly weather coincidently after sex. What are my chances are actually having it after my scenario and if I did have it, is my life over?

The anal sex, whether he ejaculated or not, was protected and that warrants no concern (and in case you stress, condom failures are very very very obvious).
Your symptoms are far too early for ARS and it sounds as though you may have caught a cold. Also symptoms are a poor way to diagnose HIV, the best way is to test.
In regards to the oral sex, giving a blowjob is seen as a low risk. (Getting a blowjob on the other hand is seen as no risk).
As you have your doubts about your recent sexual partner, I advise to go for a test and get a full STI screening.
This is more for other STI such as oral gonorrhoea, syphilis and chlamyida.
In the meantime try to stop googling the internet- there is a lot of agenda driven information or outdated information that will only cause you more stress. I suggest talking to your doctor, or contacting  a sexual health clinic or sexual health call centre number.
