Could I know my risk...Please help !!

Hi, I had received an unprotected oral sex (********) by a massage lady 2 weeks ago, and now I getting fever, sore throat and cough as I really scare whether this could be the primary hiv symptoms since it appears normally within 2 to 4 weeks after exposure. My question is do I need to have hiv test and what is my risk? Second, do the hiv trasmit from a person semen (hiv infected) into that lady mouth and then transmit to me via oral sex (because the semen was in her mouth) as I do remember there is a guy coming out from her room just a minutes before my turn? Thank you for advance to everyone could help me to figure out my risk.

receiving oral sex is not a risk for contracting hiv.

Please allow me to have 2 more questions as below:
1) Would it be possible the semen (that contained hiv) existed/held in mouth and then transmit to another guy during giving oral sex?
2) What is the percentage of changes to be infect by hiv via receiving oral sex (mean insertive partner)? As most article and study was done for receptive oral sex to risk of 1 to 10,000.

Sorry to bother as I had suffering since a week ago til now, I have lost weight 5kg in 5 days.

7 days ago, rash started on my face and then slowly to my neck, the doctor told me is allergic rash, but after taking medicine it never gone and become more and more, and then my entire body skin feel like burning very hot every whole night cause me can't sleep at all. I went for skin specialist, as they suspect is allergic and give me strong antibiotic medicine as I had taken for 4 days already but my body skin burning feeling still persists and I had diarrhea for 3 days and lost 5kg in 5 days.

Would this be the primary symptoms as it was started 5weeks + post exposure, please help me up as I really really scared now

Yes forget about it. See your doctor for you signs and symptoms because they have nothing to do with HIV.
