Could these be ARS symptoms?

I've felt kind of "out of it" since I had sex last (Feb 7) with a woman of unknown status, but who seems to be pretty sexually active. We used a condom that she supplied (she said she's allergic to latex condoms but I assume this wasn't a lambskin condom because this one didn't have the little cord/string at the base that I've seen in pictures). I was thrusting into her pretty fast/hard but I don't recall any condom breakage. When I took off the condom to masturbate, her vaginal juice came in contact with cuts on my penis. I don't seem to have a fever, or sore throat. Just feel like I'm not fully awake/sharp or energetic. Could these be some type of ARS symptoms or just HIV paranoia?

So as long as I was wearing a condom while my penis was in her, there was no risk of infection?

Hi, they would not be ars as you did not have any exposure.
