Crazy Night

So 8 weeks ago I had unprotected insertive vaginal sex with a woman of unknown status. I am a circumcised white male in early 30's. She is hispanic female in late 30's. We were in vegas and she and her roomate invited me and two of my friends back to their room. I began to have sex for about 1 minute but with my friends in the room + being drunk I cound not stay erect and pulled out and masterbated. I then went in the bathroom to wash myself off and I noticed a condom in the toilet. It did not have anything in it but it made me wonder how active was this person or her roomate being at the time. When I came out of the bathroom the girl i was with was having sex with one of my friends and the other girl was also have sex with the second friend. I decided it was time for me to leave. In doing some internet research the girl I was with is a married mother of 4. Following that about three days later I got a Urinary tract infection at the worst possible time. I came home and felt badly. The UTI cleared up in about a week but in the mean time my legs were having terrible pain. That legpain came on at exactly one week and is still with me 7 weeks later. I got an 8 panel std test inc 3rd gen hiv at 17 days. I then went back and got a blood 3rd gen hiv test at 30 days and all came back negative. Following that I went to see my Dr. As the stress of the window perior was killing me. He gave me something to take the edge and panic off and assured me that a 30 day test was more than enough for my kind of exposure. Just to be on the safe side I also took a oral text at 7 weeks and it was negative. I felt great for a few days but now my wife has a cold and I know its crazy but it freaked me out. Here are my questions. 1.) If my leg pain that came on 7 days post exposure was related wouldn't I have tested positive on one of these tests? 2.) Are oraquick oral tests completely useless at 7 weeks. 3.) The paper i took to the lab said that if the 30 day 3rd gen test came back positive then a western blot would need to be done. From what I have read the western blot is not as effective at 30 days. If I would have failed the third gen test would they have told me that they ran the back up western blot. I did get my test results back in three days from the time of  blood draw and it came back negative but thats all it said was negative. I would like to go in for an 8 week blood test to get piece of mind because I am about to go on a large extended family vacation and do not want to be a zombie the entire time I am there. I know that the 8 week would be close to definitive but not quite but would be enough for me but if I fail it I ruin 3 different families vacations. That being said do i have enough information to stop testing now

I have been on meds for about a month and feeling mellow after my 8 week came back negative.  Dont know why my legs would still hurt when stress is gone.

Ok so I took the 3rd generation blood test at 60 days and it is negative.  I have let go of the thought that my leg pain that came on 7 days post exposure is related as it would have shown up in a test but can anyone direct me to any information about how to reverse the stress damage I caused to my legs. I am on some meds to calm me down but its been a week and I still have bad leg pain and feet are numb

Yeah this is like a 1 in 10,000,000 chance at this time. I need to take those odds and just put it out of my mind. I am a reasonable person but guilt and stress will do very strange things to your body. Very Strange things.

The standard is 90 days conclusiveness for antibody tests, but really todys tests detect them much sooner.

Yeah I don't know why I have been so crazy. I read that antibodies usually form between 22-25 days so my blood test was a great sign but I just could not get up the courage to wait the few days with the test results between the 6-8 week window so I did the oral home test at 7 weeks as that should be more than enough time. My main worry was about how accurate it is at 7 weeks but for some reason everything on the internet that you read has another person posting the exact opposite opinion and that was the case when researching that test.

1) It is not related
2) No, they are good
3) Why are you concerned about something that did not happen?

Overall the risk was low and your 7 week test proves you did not get HIV.
