Cunnilingus AGAIN

Hello,
I am writing from Morocco.

I write and I 'm on top of the collapse . For about four years I had protected sex with a condom , which lasted almost 45 minutes just after the relationship I lick vagina of my partner ( a prostitute ) she ask me to wear a condom ! ! AFTER to the report I lick her vagina ( Cunnilingus ) I said that the cunnilingus is made after the report. my concern is that everyone speaks of cunnilingus before the report, but I did it after the report and what still bothers me most I read on inrernet sites that during relation, bleeding vagina produces small lesions I had a sick gums but not bleeding ( bleeding just when I touch it or when I brush my teeth ) . after 4 years I have forgotten everything but the month of October last I had urinary problems ( Pus , Blood, fever , lack of appetite ..) that time almost a week and another month after this issue urinary morning after a sauna and a steam room I found a spot of blood under the skin (almost 2 centimeters) that evaporated in a week and just yesterday I saw one very small spot of blood under the skin finger that I think it's purpura .
Question my dear is that I took the risk by Cuunilingus after the relation?
- Is my urinary problems are among the symptoms of HIV?
and what about spots?
Thank you in advance.

by Emily_MHModerator,
And to clarify, it is this site's stance, based on studies and our own MedHelp experts (all of whom are world-renowned for their work in this field), that oral sex carries no risk for HIV.
