Cunnilingus Threat

I know this subject has been raised many times before, but I am really scared. I had an experience with a female sex worker 7 weeks ago. Since then I have been going through hell. She first of all gave me protected oral, but then I did something stupid and gave here unprotected cunnilingus. After that we then had protected sex.
The following few days I became very tired, I suspect due to anxiety as it would be too early for any symptoms. I felt so tired I went to the doctors. Over the next few weeks I have had a variety of symptoms (or am I just looking for them). I have had a slight rash on my upper body, rash around my anus, still feel tired, and now at the 7 week mark I have developed  a really sore thoat and a really bad headache. My throat is so sore I am loosing my voice.
Is my anxiety causing all these symptoms, or could it be more. Please help.

two things could be going on here:
#1...anxiety
#2...ever think you just might actually be sick?
(probably a combination of both)

nothing you are describing above put you at risk for hiv...so whatever is going on with you health wise...is not hiv related.
