Cunnilingus with small mouth ulcer

Hi, i am writing from italy. 3 days ago with some friends we were in a strip club and have cunnilingus with a lap dancer. It took 3-4. no blood from her.day i had at that day day a little mouth ulcer but yesterday was gone.
My questions are:
According to The CDC guidelines i am at risk of hiv. Should i get The test?
Can i have free sex with my regular partner?
As i am blood donor, can i go to donate without putting other people at risk?

Since 3 days ago i am very worried and confused, my imagination works too much and it's becoming difficult to' work...

All blood is routinely screened for HIV, Hep B etc. to prevent just such a scenario that you're concerned about.

In any case the incident you describe was no risk.

Thank you. I was beginning to be very nervous and feeling so worried. Is cunnilingus really zero risk?  And if i donate blood you are sure shouldn't i wait 30-60 days to allow HIV to'  be' 'detected' by test? I really don't want to hurt other people and the leaflets say you must not have unsafe sex in the last 4 months before donate.

7 days later i feel that my skin is a little itchy and I feel a little weak. Maybe just nervous. Is your opinion confirmed?

Last night i woke up with a lot of sweat and stomach ache. Yesterday hemorrhoids compared. After what i read about early symptoms i got scared. Your advice is very important to me, i cannot talk with anybody about that and i feel i put in danger everything.
