Cunnilingus

VNW
Dear Doc,

Last week, during a trip to Bangkok, I was drunk enough to perform an unprotected oral sex on  csw (venue based, claim to be tested monthly for std) for 10-20 seconds and had protected vaginal sex. While reading multiple posts on your website, I figured out that test for gov is not warranted in such case. Is it correct?

Thank you in advance for peace of mind.

Forgot to mention that I had a minor irritation on my tongue (no bleeding). Does it change a risk?
