DELAY SEROCONVERSION?PLEASE ANSWER

i had recently taken test at 15 weeks by DUO test which came back NEGATIVE.I am suffering from diabitics and taking one pill daily for it before breakfast.Well the symptoms: Extreme pains in joints.Diarrhoea and elevated red spots on either sides of cheeks (4-5 nos). I feel tired as well when i do some work and become yawny.Had neck pains as well.Please answer my following questions:-

1 Can diabitics delay the seroconversion period and the duo test some how could not detect the virus??

2 Can diabitics make the immune system weak.What does actually weak immune system means.Does it apply to my case?I am normally or was a normal healthy person any ways before trapping in this vicious circle of escorts and testing.

My worry is the red elevated spots on face which concerns me.Kindly answer!!!Please Teak,Lizz!!!

Countries don't have different window periods. You have a conclusive negative tests result. It's time for you to move along.

Thanks  but i wanted clarification on Window period do different countries have different window periods since you are from India can you clarify? More over what is weak immune system people talk about.Does my case applies to it?Pl help and answer!!Thanks

you are safe your symtoms have got nothing to do with hiv. hiv is a virus and antibiotics have nothing to do with virus it acts on bacteria only,your test is conclusive you can go out and party.....

4 I have also seen people saying that seroconversion can also take 1-2 years??Is it true?

5With the advancement in testing techniques is it still possible that tests not able to pick up antibodies or infection post 15 weeks??Kindly answer
