Please help

I had massage and hand job from chinese massage parlor in ct three times, july, Sept and October 4th. On november 4th i have started seeing simptoms of HIV. I lost weight 5Lb, Thrush on my tongue, small lumb near my penis. My penis head has a white rash. The massage on 4th was little different like the lady took off her top and asked me to touch her Brest. But i just touched the bottom part of her brest. I am really scared with all these simptoms. Please help. I don't know if these massage ladies have any cut on their body. Am i in a risk of HIV.
