DR. HANDSFIELD PLEASE HELP ME! mutual masturbation/foreskin/dep kissing

Hello doctor, I have read through the posts, and found re-assuring information, however, I feel like the need to ask your opinion so I can get peace of mind.

I am 20 years old. new to sex.

I met an older male,

and I want to practice safe sex, so I told him i wanted mutual masturbation. nothing more.

we deep kissed and mutually masturbated. however, I have a tight foreskin, and I pulled it back up about two times, after touching his penis head which had precum.

I am worried that the precum might have gotten under my foreskin and infected me. It wasn't a huge amount that I am aware of. but if it was a big amount how likely is this to infect me?

I got a canker sore 4 weeks after the exposure. and a cold (that i gave to all my friends, so im not worried about the cold)

today, 4 months after exposure, I am experiencing chills, mucuos, dificulty to speak. and i had a recurring bug bite looking hive appear on the exact same place in my arm.

Does mutual masturbation with tight foreskin and precum exposure cary risk? deep kissing is no risk, correct? I would have tasted blood for the amount of blood exanche that neds to happen for transmission?

I also did not shower after this. and none of us orgasm. we just masturbated for a while. so only exposure to pre-cum.

hope to hear back from you.

you are doing a great job.

Welcome to our Forum.  I will repeat the message that you have gotten from Teak and, I suspect, you have learned from reading other posts at our site.  There is no risk for HIV, even if  your partner had HIV (unlikely) from deep kissing or mutual masturbation.  This is true even if you happened to get some of his genital secretions under your foreskin.

there is no need for concern related to the exposure you describe nor any medical reason for testing.

I hope this helps to clarify things for you.  EWH

thank you doctor.

i didnt reply any sooner because i have tried to stay away from internet sources that will cause paranoia and fear.

am I correct to asusme that I can move on with my life and think of myself HIV free?

is it true that no unprotected penetration = no risk? specially because HIV needs direct transmission in order to infect? so my experience with the hand job was safe?

sadly, i turned back into paranoia mode, but hopefully it will last only for tonight.
