DUO test question

I had a worry about contaminated needle being reused during my routine blood draw.
Did the following tests
Day 29 - Alere Combo ab/ag Rapid POCT
Day 30 - 4th Gen Lab ab/ag DUO
Are these negative results conclusive?

You received previous advice about testing. Instead of worrying about getting HIV you should consult with your doctor who may be able to refer you to a therapist who can work on your HIV phobia that you have had for a year or so.
