Determine HIV 1/2

I have read on its product catalogue that Determine HIV 1/2 cannot detect HIV-1 subtypes H,J,K?
Then why does AFA in Singapore conclude 3 months post exposure test is conclusive if this is the
case..

Can anyone who have further knowledge in HIV explain this?

I just need some clarifications again.. Is the abbott determine hiv 1/2 able to detect HIV Type Group N and P?
and does this strain found in Asia? If yes, is there any documented evidence?

Pls advise. Thanks for your usual support...

I hope that you will continue sharing your knowledge on this site, specially for those

Maybe i just read outdated information from the internet. And maybe because I just got worried because this month Our company is requiring us to have Standard HIV test to re-new our employment pass..

I really trust your opinion and thank you for your time..

"My story is this. I am a male who have once had unprotected sexual intercourse with a woman here in singapore.
I have tested at Action for Aids in DSC Clinic Singapore using rapid blood testing at 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 5 months, and at 11 months post exposure and it all came back negative."

TIME TO MOVE ON...
