Determined to Change but first...

I truly understand the frustration with this question being brought up so many times before but hearing as many replies as possible can be the difference between a good nights sleep and a lousy one.
QUESTION: While overseas, I went out with some buddies to a bar and got drunk (mistake #1). This was two days ago. We met up with some local females (mistake #2) and at the end of the night I recieved unprotected oral sex from one of the women (huge mistake). The oral sex lasted for about six or seven minutes and I ejaculated in her mouth. I immediately took a shower afterwards but I'm extremely worried about my chances of contracting HIV from her.
I know I need to get tested for HIV as well as other STDs but I'll have to wait till around 4 weeks for the first test. I just tested negative prior to traveling overseas as part of our company based routine medical screening and didn't have sex at all until this one incident. I'll test again at the three month point and again at six months. But this doesn't do anything to help my feelings of guilt and anxiety over putting myself at risk like this.
Any words of advice as far as what my chances are of contracting HIV?
