Did I cintact hiv?

Over 6 minths ago, I had sex with a strange girl. It was condom protected sex but because she was on top of me  her sexual fluid got jn contact wuth the base of my penis.  I had 2 roubds if sex. After 2 weeks, I started having serious body, jint and muscle pain, loss if appetite,  nausea, whute tongue, dry skin, chapped mouth, dark skin, after 4 months, I had soar tgrought tgat lasted 2 days. Today all other symotoms has resolved,  but for white tongue and I feel my ear us blocked. I recently did a lab test and it was found out I have malaria 2+ and a significant tutre of typhoid up to 1/160. I am afraid that  hiv has weakened my immune system that is why I a  havubg frequent malaria abd typhoid. I have had about 20 rapid hiv 1 and 2 antibidy test almost every week and the last one was yesterday which was over 6 months of tye incidence.  The test was a rapid blood huv 1 and 2 antibody test and it was negative. I had ut at 2 different laboratory and the two cam out negative. My fear is tgat all my symptoms have resolved remaining white tongue and blocked ear And I was diagnose of typhoid and malaria which could be caused by a weakened immune system by hiv. My wife is also comllaining of weakness and having rash on her skin.  I hade sex wuth her 4 days after my exposure and 3 months after. It was unprotected sex. I took her for hiv test yesterday and it came iut negative. It was still a rapid blood huv 1 and 2 antibody test with blood drawned from her vein. Is a rapid huv 1 and 2 antubody blood test reliable after 6 months. I learnt sone people are positive but will test negatuve with raoid antibody tests.
